The IESE Business School is organizing its 7th annual Doing Good and Doing Well Conference on February 26 and 27. The Doing Good and Doing Well Conference (DGDW) is a two-day event with interactive panel discussions and keynote speeches on major opportunities as well as the challenges faced by responsible businesses and organizations. The conference is organized by IESE’s students in partnership with Net Impact and it attracts professionals and students from around the world.

Net Impact is an international non-profit organization with a mission to inspire, educate, and equip individuals to use the power of business to create a more socially and environmentally sustainable world.

By challenging participants to consider the potential of sustainable development, the DGDW conference helps to develop innovative strategies and business models, as well as foster meaningful relationships between industry professionals and graduate students.

The DGDW conference offers panel discussions and a Social Entrepreneur Workshop. This workshop is a networking platform and peer learning experience for entrepreneurs and for audience members it is a unique view into the real world of social entrepreneurship. The workshop will be divided into 3 phases:

• Idea: a closed-door discussion with potential or early stage entrepreneurs.
• Financing: an open-door discussion-based class for entrepreneurs to share experiences and learn from venture philanthropists.
• Strategic Growth: an open-door discussion-based workshop for entrepreneurs grappling with critical issues in expanding their businesses.

The conference also includes a Career Forum where companies and organizations can meet with participants interested in career opportunities. Companies will have access to students from top MBA programs from around the world. Through the Trade Fair, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about a select gathering of organizations and businesses at the conference.
