Enviu going to India!
Enviu director Stef Van Dongen has been to India to
further realize the Hybrid Tuktuk project. Last year Stef was in
India looking for possible projects when he experienced the mass
pollution and bad work conditions of the Tuktuk drivers in India.
From this trip the Hybrid Tuktuk project was born. This time the
trip was about setting up a team to recruit university battle teams
and find partners such as local NGO’s and Tuktuk unions that will
collaborate with Enviu. The personal goal for Stef was, again to
find the same passion for a new project as he did during his last
trip to India. Another project, only in its idea phase, is the
possibility of I-Lab in India, which will be facilitated through
Oriol Pascual, Enviu’s new Business
Developer for the Innovation
LAB in Rotterdam.
