This week is the week to join the global financial inclusion movement. ‘How can innovative products and partnerships drive financial inclusion for underserved customer segments?’ is the main question during Financial Inclusion Week 2017. A week of global conversations exploring the most important steps to achieving full financial inclusion. Something Enviu full-heartedly stands for. And something Enviu has deep and fruitful experience in! This is why our global team is participating this week to share knowledge from all over the world.
During the week of October 30-November 3, 2017, stakeholders across the globe organize and participate in conversations exploring the most important steps to achieving full financial inclusion, a state in which everyone who can use them has access to a full suite of quality financial services, provided at affordable prices, in a convenient manner, with respect and dignity. Within this vision, financial services are delivered by a range of providers, in a stable, competitive market to financially capable clients.
New products, new partnerships, new potential
This year the conversations during Financial Inclusion Week explore how stakeholders are innovating to reach underserved customers segments with the theme New Products, New Partnerships, New Potential.
Digital channels are revolutionizing the way that customers access financial products, and consequentially are changing the landscape of the industry. Financial service providers are re-thinking the ways that they design and offer financial products. In addition, legacy providers are increasingly partnering with financial technology startups to expand their service offerings and to reach previously under-served customer segments.
Overall coordination of Financial Inclusion Week is led by the Center for Financial Inclusion at Accion (CFI), an action-oriented think tank working toward full global financial inclusion.
